No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set. The freight company via the phone number(s) you provide in your order schedules a delivery appointment. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or extraordinary delivery requirements including, but not limited to, low power lines, narrow lanes, tractor trailer restrictions, etc. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
LOWES GORILLA PLAYSET DRIVER
The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. Delivery will be done by a tractor/trailer. Playsets and other large items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. Gorilla Playsets is not responsible for such fees.

I have tried calling Gorilla Playsets twice, informing them of the missing materials and the fact that because they did not include material that was supposed to be included, I have had to purchase this material (wood) to complete construction. I have had to purchase material that should have been included in the packaging in order to complete constrution of the playground set.
The product was delivered with many pieces missing from the package. I purchased the product "Chateau Tower" from Gorilla Playsets (Model: 1500AWNS).
